Love the look and function of a wood fence but worried about maintenance?
Face plates are an additional board that is placed over the seams of the rails as an anchor. We take it a step further and also include blocking to place between the rails. As the ground moves, or horses are rough housing, the faceplates combined with the blocks lock everything into place. No more popped screws and sagging boards.
These face plates are intended to be used with our White Oak Fencing Materials. If you have a fence that is made from other materials, we cannot guarantee that our faceplates and blocking will fit well. When you order face plates from us we will need the following information:
Height from the top of the top board to the ground. Measurement from the bottom of the top rail to the top of the second rail. Measurement from the bottom of the second rail to the top of the third rail. Etc for any additional rails.
You will receive 1”x4” face plates that are beveled on the sides with a 45* top cut. These are cut to length and pre-drilled. All blocking, which is also cut to size and predrilled. As well as fasteners.
