Horseman's Dream

You can travel around the world, interview horse lovers from every corner, and we think you'll find a common theme. The dream of having a safe, secure, and functional backyard equestrian facility.

All paddocks are surrounded with Four Rail White Oak Fencing for safety, longevity, and curb appeal. For additional interest there are rustic gate arches into each pasture.

The barn was designed with five 12'x12' box stalls lining the south wall of the post and beam building. Each stall has a dutch door, which works double time as a large window and as a throughway. Across the stained concrete aisle is a 24'x12' oversized stall that also has a dutch door on the backside.

There is also a tack room and storage space.

Instead of tieing up the entire 60'x80' building with permanent fixtures, over half of the building was left open. You could use this space as a small riding arena, storage, or shop.  This has worked out well as the owner needed two more stalls and they had the ability to put up Cowboy Stalls without inconvenience.

You can also see the hay loft that is above the permanent stalls.

A few years after putting up the fencing and barn, the owner had several young horses and was more than ready for a safe and secure working space. The 60' Solid Bottom Round Pen is a great size for riding and we can appreciate the location chosen. Trees provide some shade, it's close to the barn, and its in a spot that was not otherwise being well utilized.
